Meal Plan – April 23-27

Not that I’ve been forgetting to post a meal plan weekly, its just that I haven’t really been making one! With 2 weeks off for Spring Break, I admit, I got a little lazy with making meals for my family. Don’t worry, they still ate!

Monday: Chicken and Noodles with Vegetables. Simple. Crock-pot. That is all.

Tuesday: Enchiladas. I’ve made another kind of her enchiladas before and they were delicious! So, these should be to!

Wednesday: Eat at church night!

Thursday: This is a meal that you need to wear your elastic waist pants to the dinner table! Salisbury steak with comforting sides of mashed potatoes and peas.

Friday: It’s the start of the weekend. You’ve worked hard all week. Let’s simplify with the love and ease of homemade pizza, heck, let’s make it a Deep Dish pizza!

Meal Plan – March 12-16

This comic made me laugh! Sometimes I want to charge the princess and 3 jesters for what they don’t eat or don’t finish eating! But, with this weeks’ meal plan, they might just eat what I make every night!

Monday: Penne chicken with veggies. Using zucchini and broccoli as the veggies and a sprinkle or two of Parmesan cheese on top. Simple.

Tuesday: Homemade pizza. I’m going to try Emeril’s basic pizza dough. I have never made pizza dough before, and this recipe looked real basic and simple!

Wednesday: Eat at church night!

Thursday: Tacos. We need something real quick. The princess has a Chorus concert!

Friday: Creamy Chicken TaquitosI’ve always wanted to make taquitos and these look yummy!

Meal Plan: March 5-9

It’s been eons since I last posted a meal plan on here, actually any kind of post. There are various reasons that I can give you, but, let’s just cut to the chase and tell you what our dinner plans are for this week!

Monday: Baked Ravioli. This dish looks so easy and delicious, plus ravioli is one of my favorites!

Tuesday: Good ole’ Roast with potatoes and carrots simmering in a crock-pot all day….need I say more?

Wednesday: Eat at church night! Yay! A night off!

Thursday: Poppy Seed Chicken Pitas This is a quick, simple dinner to put together. Toss a fruit salad together and you have a well-rounded, balanced meal.

Friday: Sesame Chicken I’ve been kind of on a “Martha” kick, and since my kids love this type of Chinese food, this recipe looked like one they would enjoy made at home.

Meal Plan: October 24-28

I am pretty excited about this week’s meals that we are going to have! With Fall in full swing that means two things; crock-pot and soup. I have a very healthy relationship with my crock-pot and I love the comfort that soup gives you at the end of the day!

Monday: Taco Soup. This needs no introduction or explanation. It is what it is. Delicious.

Tuesday: Making a homemade pizza for the family. I’ll be attending the Women’s Fall dinner at our church. Simple and not so time consuming so I can dart out the door!

Wednesday: I usually don’t make a meal on Wednesday, but I am this week. Mexican Chicken. Can’t get enough of Paula!

Thursday: Simple, light and tasty; BLT.

Friday: Beginning the week with soup and ending it with this soup; Broccoli and Cheese.
